I brought my vehicle for a Used Warranty repair in 16-Jul. It took until 22-Jul to have this addressed after multiple mistakes. After collecting the vehicle there is a new problem. I am very disappointed by the service and technical expertise.

Syntner couldn't repair an issue with my windows surround so i have to rebook it in for a whole day. Parts were not available so wer3 put on order and unfortunately duecto holidays/commitments it will be a little while before i can book the car in.

They serviced my aircon but no improvement in terms of cooling. They say it is how it will work without even seeing (by phone). I cross verified with my friends X1, Colling is verily good in his car.

I booked recall online. BMW should only give bookings they can cope with as they control them. Car taken in, not given the same day but the next due to workload!!. When left operative said that BMW will wash the car. Not washed

Work was done on time or just before estimated time. Car wash was included, however it wasn't fully cleaned as the dirt marks were still on all the wheel and and they didn't use the dry cloth for inside windows which left dot dot marks on all windows
